The driver of a Ford Mondeo was taken to hospital following an accident involving three vehicles in Fife this morning. The accident involving the Mondeo, a Scania lorry and a third vehicle, happened on the A914 east of Freuchie, police said. The road was closed as a result and local diversions were in place. A police spokesman confirmed the driver of the Mondeo had been taken to hospital. No further information was available.
