Harris Aslam, who hit the headlines after being made a director of the national supermarket chain while still in his teens, has reportedly been axed. The 18-year-old, who left school with no qualifications, was a non-executive director. He and cousin Raza Rehman, 24, left the board of the convenience store chain following an inquiry into a leak of members’ data. Nisa chairman Christopher Baker said the pair had “acted improperly” and confirmed they have left the board. Mr Aslam told The Courier the matter was now in the hands of his solicitor. Evidence had been given which would clear their names, he said, adding that he denied every claim made against him.
