ByThe Courier Reporter
A Perth motorist was given an interim driving ban and remanded in custody at Perth Sheriff Court.
Paul Mitchell, 20, of Rannoch Road, Perth, admitted driving on Cairns Crescent, Perth, with 60 mics of alcohol.
He also admitted failing to stop and give his name and address after hitting a parked and unattended car on the same street and crashing into a gate and fence damaging them.
Not guilty pleas were accepted to further charges of failing to report the incident to the police within 24 hours and driving without a licence and a test certificate.
Sentence was deferred on Mitchell until May 4 for background reports.
