Fife man accused of biting teenager at T in the Park

A man appeared in private yesterday at Perth Sheriff Court accused of biting a teenager at T in the Park allegedly leaving the youngster permanently disfigured.
Ross Porter, 30, of Fernie Place, Dunfermline, faced a charge that on July 10, at the T in the Park music festival, Strathallan Castle, he assaulted a 17-year-old man by biting him on the face and finger to his severe injury and permanent disfigurement.
Porter made no plea or declaration, was fully committed and remanded in custody.
