Dundee United chairman Stephen Thompson has been re-elected to the SPFL board at the league’s AGM.
The Tangerines supremo retained his position to represent the top-flight clubs along with Aberdeen’s Duncan Fraser and Celtic’s Eric Riley despite Hearts owner Ann Budge and Kilmarnock chairman Jim Mann putting themselves forward for election.
Raith Rovers’ chief executive Eric Drysdale will continue to represent Ladbrokes Championship clubs on the board while Brechin City chairman Ken Ferguson will once again voice the views of sides in League One and Two.
SPFL chief executive Neil Doncaster and chairman Ralph Topping also sit on the board.
