McFadden accepts ban

St Johnstone have decided not to appeal James McFadden’s extra two-game ban.

The Perth striker had two matches added to the initial automatic one as a result of a gesture made to Hamilton fans after he was red carded on Sunday.

He will now miss Saints’ fixtures against Partick Thistle, Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Aberdeen.
