Dundee speed skater Murray Cochrane has been celebrating after clinching a European title.
He has been crowned the Senior Men’s Europa Cup short track champion after the competition finale in Oberstdorf, Germany.
Murray (21) won overall, following victory in the 1500 metre final, a third place in the 500 metre final and a second-place finish in the 1000 metre final.
The event was the climax to the season, following previous events in Holland and Italy, with the top 10 points scorers from the earlier competitions selected to compete in the finale.
Meanwhile, Dundee Speed Skating Club’s Scott Anderson will be competing in the British Long Track Speed Skating Championships in The Hague, Netherlands, next week.
