Stirling employability group Dynamus saw profits jump more than 20% last year, newly-filed accounts have shown.
The firm, the parent behind welfare-to-work contractor Triage Central, also revealed turnover rose by a fifth during the year to the end of March.
The Thistle Industrial Estate outfit, which includes recruitment and HR firm Harmony Recruitment and Development, saw income climb to £9.7 million in the period, from £8.1m the previous year.
Pre-tax profits also rose, from £922,000 in 2012 to £1.1m this time around.
Dividends of £347,398 were paid, while shareholders’ funds at the close totalled £2.8m.
In October, wholly-owned subsidiary Triage revealed how pre-tax profit there climbed by 15% to £965,000 in the same period.
Revenues also climbed by a fifth, to £9.6m.
The company delivers the Department for Work and Pensions’ Work Programme in Tayside, Fife and the Forth Valley, alongside Jobcentre Plus and on behalf of DWP-approved employability firms Ingeus and Working Links.
And it has pledged to invest in training staff and improving the quality of its offices as it seeks to better its service to the communities it works in.
