Dundee man to do unpaid work after punching door

Kevin Locherty, 48, of Dean Avenue, was ordered by Dundee Sheriff Court to do unpaid work.

Locherty admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing, acting aggressively towards his mother Amy Locherty, and punching a door and causing damage to a telephone, at his home address on June 2 last year.

He was ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within a six-month period and placed under supervision for 12 months.
