Piotr Niemczyk, 32, of Morgan Street, was ordered to do 150 hours of unpaid work.
Niemczyk admitted breaking into business premises occupied by Alexander Annan at Swan House, Explorer Road, between February 26–28, and stealing two paint brushes and a drill.
He also admitted breaking into business premises occupied by Elim Church at Swan House, Explorer Road.
He stole two guitars and a light assembly.
