ByGary Fitzpatrick
A Fife man assaulted an ambulance technician and later attacked a policeman at a hospital.
Richard Lowe, 45, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court where he admitted a number of offences committed between March 21 and 22 last year.
Lowe, of Broad Street, Cowdenbeath, admitted that at Bank Street, Lochgelly, he assaulted an ambulance technician, acted in an aggressive manner and touched items of medical equipment.
He also admitted assaulting a police officer at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, by trying to kick him on the body, headbutt him and bite him and behaving in a threatening and abusive way.
Sheriff Charles MacNair deferred sentence on Lowe until June 1 for the preparation of background reports and remanded him in custody.
