The National Bring Your Dog to Work Day raises funds for animal welfare charities All Dogs Matter and Animals Asia. Among the businesses taking part are regional police forces, a housing association and even a private jet firm. The project has also been supported by comedian and actor, Ricky Gervais, and ITV’s Loose Women. People across the country are being encouraged to take work selfies with their dogs using the hastag #BringYourDogToWorkDay. About 8% of employees in the UK have permission to bring their dogs to work. Plus. Studies show the animals can have a positive impact on a work internment. Are you taking part?
