Dundee United are set for a multi-million pound windfall if Harry Souttar gets a move to the English Premier League.
Courier Sport understands that United negotiated a 15% sell-on clause for the centre-back when he signed for Stoke City for £200,000 as a 17-year-old in 2016.
Since then Souttar, the younger brother of John, has established himself as a Stoke first team regular and an Australian international.
The Championship side have got the 22-year-old under contract until 2025.
So if Aston Villa, Everton or Tottenham Hotspur follow-up their interest in him, it is understood that it would take a bid near the £20 million mark to persuade Michael O’Neill to sell.

If that happens, United would be in line to bank £3 million.
Souttar, 6ft 7in, was a highly-rated United academy player who made four first team appearances, scoring once.
His physical presence, allied to ball-playing ability, has had scouts flocking to watch the promotion hopefuls this season and fuelled speculation of a January transfer.
