A Forfar church group has put together a fund-raising calendar featuring a collection of stunning images from the local area, taken by amateur photographers.
The publication was produced as part of a competition run by a women from the town’s Lowson Kirk, which was won by Kirriemuir woman Joan Mitchell for her picture of Restenneth Priory.
Produced by local firm Astute printers, the calendars will soon be available in local shops and will also be sold by church elders at coffee mornings and fairs.
The venture has been organised by the church’s LIFE committee.
All funds raised from the sale of the calendars, will go towards paying for improvements to the church.
