Starring role in Coca-Cola campaign for Angus athlete

Angus woman Kerry Duncan will see herself up in lights after being chosen to star in a new national campaign by Coca-Cola.
Kerry, 25, from Arbroath, will appear in advertising around the country to celebrate the 35-year partnership between Coca-Cola Great Britain and the sports charity Special Olympics Great Britain.
It will raise awareness of the Special Olympics GB National Games being held in Bath from today and encourage people to attend and cheer on the athletes.
Kerry is a keen badminton player and will be competing at the National Games with more than 1,700 other athletes.
Kerry was chosen to represent badminton in the campaign, which stars 12 Special Olympics athletes from around the UK, each representing the 12 different sports which will be played at the games.
They were nominated for their starring role by Special Olympics GB, the charity that provides year-round sports training and competition for people with learning disabilities.
Kerry said: “The day with Coca-Cola was fantastic I had my hair and make-up done and I loved it.
“I can’t wait to show my friends my poster in Letham and I can’t believe I’m going to be up in Piccadilly Circus.”
