Dundee’s Castlehill Restaurant has won another major award. The Exchange Street restaurant pulled off the stunning victory at the inaugural Food Awards Scotland on Monday night. It scooped the Best Scottish Restaurant award at the ceremony, which was held at Glasgow’s Crowne Plaza. It caps off an impressive opening year for the restaurant, which recently also received a two-star AA Rosette Award for Culinary Excellence.Post by Castlehill Restaurant.Castlehill scored 48 out of 50 in the Courier’s restaurant reviews one of only two restaurants to receive such a result. Almost 750 people took to the restaurant’s Facebook page to congratulate owner Paul McMillan and head chef Adam Newth on the victory.
