Fans of Dr Who will have the chance to celebrate 50 years of the classic show at events at the DCA in Dundee this weekend.
On Saturday, there will be a workshop on drawing Dr Who and his enemies at 2pm, a book signing and display of comic art by some comics creators who work on Dr Who comics at 3pm, and at 4pm Andrew Wildman, storyboard artist for the BBC Dr Who TV series, will demonstrate the creation of a scene.
The sci-fi action continues on Sunday with Dundee Comics Day at the Tower Building at Dundee University.
“Starblazers” will feature several well-known comics creators talking about their work, on comics like 2000AD, Dr Who, Star Wars, and Transformers.
The day will culminate with the announcement of the Dundee Comics Prize.
