Edinburgh man Daniel Pace dies in Highland Perthshire cycling accident

An Edinburgh man died after a cycling accident in Highland Perthshire at the weekend.
Daniel Pace, who was 31, was riding northbound at 3pm on the unclassified Amulree to Kenmore road when he came off his bike and sustained a serious head injury.
Despite the efforts of the emergency services, Mr Pace who had been wearing a cycling helmet died at the scene a short time later.
No other vehicles are thought to be involved and his next of kin have been informed.
A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
Police are asking for witnesses to call 0300 111 2222.
