The building had its windows smashed on Sunday evening, forcing the facility to close for much of yesterday morning. Nothing was taken in the incident, but a council spokeswoman said four windows had been broken and a fence was damaged. A Tayside Police spokeswoman said they attended at 5.15pm on Sunday.
