Is Perth’s new penguin a Banksy? P-p-p-probably not…

A tiny bird is causing a big stir in Perth.

Over the last few days, rumours have been flying across the city about a painted penguin.

The black-and-white creature has taken up residence in Long Causeway.

Fortunately, there are no concerns about the penguin’s welfare, as it is the work of Perth’s very own answer to Banksy.

Last year, a painting on the premises of the Brittle Bone Society in Dundee sparked rumours that Banksy had left his mark.

Unfortunately, a statement was subsequently issued to the charity by his office, confirming it wasn’t the artist’s work.
