Stirling Albion assistant manager Martyn Corrigan has tipped Greg Hurst for the top after he left the Binos for St Johnstone last week.
The 18-year-old, who made just two substitute appearances for the Forthbank side, was snapped up by Saints just before the transfer window closed.
Corrigan said: “Greg is a terrific young player who has a more than decent chance of having a good career in the game. Full time football increases that chance of making it and we were not going to deny him that.
“Hopefully he will flourish with St Johnstone.”
