Dundee United have announced that a new management board has been established to run the club on a day-to-day basis following a recent operational review.
It will comprise chairman Stephen Thompson, directors Mike Martin, Justine Mitchell and Derek Robertson along with general manager David Southern.
The club’s full board of directors will remain and act in an oversight capacity to ensure compliance with the company’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Thompson said: “The establishment of our new management board is another progressive step in developing the club for the years ahead. Dundee United is now set on firm foundations and, as a dedicated management team, our key objective will focus on ensuring that the club is operationally efficient.
“This in parallel with our ongoing strategic vision for the club and should deliver a secure, progressive and successful football club both on and off field.”
