Dundee man remanded in custody after assaulting his ex

Dean McKinney, 26, of Alloway Terrace, was remanded in custody after admitting assaulting his ex-partner.

McKinney admitted that on October 18, on a pathway between Alloway Terrace and Pitkerro Drive, he ran towards Charlie Walker, seized her by the hair and repeatedly punched her on the head to her injury, threatening her and uttering offensive remarks.

Sentence was deferred until November 15.
