ByEvening Telegraph Reporter
A Dundee woman, who allegedly assaulted two women with a dog lead, will stand trial at the sheriff court.
Margaret McCallum, 28, of Balunie Avenue, denies assaulting Elaine Yule by striking her on the head and body with a dog lead, to her injury, at Panmure Street, on July 28.
She further denies assaulting Angela Fleming by repeatedly striking her on the head and body with a dog lead, to her injury, on the same date and at the same location.
McCallum also denies having an offensive weapon, namely a dog lead, without reasonable excuse on the same date and at the same location.
The trial will take place on May 19.
