The accident happened on the A92 Stonehaven-Inverbervie road, just south of Stonehaven at the Crawton to Uras junction. A Police Scotland spokesman said the biker’s injuries are “serious but not life-threatening.” He confirmed the biker had suffered a broken leg and a “potentially” fractured arm. The man was airlifted to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. The accident happened around 11.30am on Sunday and paramedics were on scene shortly afterwards. The biker left the A92 and hit the junction’s sign. The A92 was temporarily closed to southbound traffic with diversions in place.
