The Japanese designer of the new V&A museum at Dundee is hoping to snap up a photo taken by The Courier.
Kengo Kuma visited Dundee last month to give two sell-out public lectures and he has now requested that a portrait taken by Courier photographer Steve MacDougall be used as his official photograph in publications.
A spokeswoman for Mr Kuma said, “He very much liked the picture of him and would like to use it as his official portrait in the future.”
Earlier this year Steve was shortlisted in the Scottish Press Awards.
