A Broughty Ferry man accused of stalking a woman over a two-year period will stand trial next month.
Mohammed Mohiuddin, 47, of Blake Avenue, denies repeatedly taking or arranging for others to take photographs of the woman, repeatedly loitering near places where he believed her to be, repeatedly staring at her and speaking to her in a manner which was “personal and inappropriate”.
He also denies sending her multiple “personal and inappropriate” communications. The charges are alleged to have taken place at various locations in Dundee between February 1 2012 and June 30 2014.
Sheriff Elizabeth Munro set a trial date for June 26.
