A 24-year-old woman was taken by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital after a car crash at one of Dundee’s busiest junctions.
Emergency services were called to the two-car collision at the Claverhouse Road junction at the traffic lights next to Morrisons supermarket at around 1.10pm on Wednesday.
Police say they closed the northbound carriageway of the Forfar Road, which the junction turns into, for around one hour as they cleared the scene.
Two fire appliances attended, however they were not needed as no occupants were trapped inside their vehicles.
One person was taken to hospital, however her injuries are thought to be minor.
