Police are trying to track down a flasher who exposed himself to a woman in Methil.
It happened in South Street at around 4pm on Thursday last week.
The victim, a 37-year-old woman, was walking down the street when she was approached.
She returned home and reported the incident to the police.
Officers are trying to trace a white man described as being in his early 20s and of medium build.
He was wearing a blue zip-up coat with the hood up, jeans, trainers and a Burberry style scarf.
Detective Sergeant Kieran Marsh, of Levenmouth Police Station, said: “While the woman was not injured during this incident, she was left very shocked and shaken, and we are pursuing various lines of investigation to trace the male responsible.
“Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the South Street area around 4pm on Thursday, or who can help us identify the suspect is asked to contact police immediately.”
