“We are really struggling right now,” he said.
“The kids are fine but myself and Marie are really finding it hard.
“We just have to try as best we can to put a brave face on things.
“Christmas Day will be tough but we will try to carry on as normal as we possibly can.
“It will be a nightmare of a day though.”
Allan Jr was 23 when he disappeared after a night out with friends onNovember 3 2013.
He had been at Styx nightclub on Caskieberran Road and CCTV footage shows him leaving the venue in the early hours of the morning.
High-profile appeals have been made by both his family and the police, while searches have been conducted throughout the town, including in Riverside Park.
However, no trace of the young man has been found.
A massive online campaign was launched by the Bryant family, supported by almost 60,000 well-wishers from around the world.
A fund has also been established to help the family with expenses incurred as part of their own search.
Today , members of the Bryant family have been in the Kingdom Shopping Centre in Glenrothes distributing leaflets to members of the public, following on from several awareness events, including two car rallies, to keep the search for Allan Jr in the public eye.
“It’s all about raising awareness,” said Mr Bryant.
“We need to keep people talking about him.”
