From origami animalsto sitcoms, this year’s Scottish Baftas will feature a host of talent from Courier Country.
Leading the way is Bob Servant Independent, which has been nominated in the best comedy/entertainment category.
Based on the books by Broughty Ferry author Neil Forsyth, the series starred Dundee-born Hollywood actor Brian Cox as the popular cheeseburger magnate.
The series was filmed in Broughty Ferry. Originally shown on digital station BBC4, it is now being screened on BBC2.
Dundee and Fife companies are also represented in the Best Game category.
Stormcloud Games, who are based in Dundee, have been nominated for their production Mr Shingu’s Paper Zoo, while Dunfermline firm Things Made From Other Things have earned a nod for their iPad word game Coolson’sArtisinal Chocolate Alphabet.
DJ Edith Bowman, from Anstruther, will host the award ceremony at the Radisson Blu in Glasgow in November.
