Focused exclusively on Dundee FC and Dundee United, ‘Twa Teams, One Street’ is the weekly Scottish football podcast that delves deep into the matches, the personalities and the business of Dundee’s two top football clubs.

There’s more passion, loyalty and respect – even if it’s grudging at times – between these city rivals than anywhere else in Scottish football, and we want to celebrate that.

We’re lucky in Dundee to have a number of terrific fan-made podcasts covering the city’s teams. We’ve welcomed them as guests on Twa Teams, One Street – and appeared on them in return – but we’re not trying to compete with them.

We think there’s room for fan-made shows AND Twa Teams, One Street.

Why? Because we cover both Dundee FC and Dundee United – so fans can keep up to date with their own team and the fortunes of their rivals across Tannadice Street – and also because our panellists are on top of every single development at both clubs.

The voices you hear might be journalists, but we’re football fans first and foremost. It’s our job to be fair and objective, but this isn’t some dry: “On one hand, this; on the other hand, that,” football show.

Sure, we get access to the players and managers and we’ve got long memories and deep Evening Telegraph and Courier archives from which to draw, but if we’re doing our job right on this podcast, it’s just like you’re sitting at the table next to us in the pub as four old pals catch up about the week’s games and look forward to what’s next.
