An exit poll has predicted a stunning night for the Conservatives and the SNP.
It suggests the Tories will win 368 seats, with a majority of 86.
The SNP are also tipped to add 20 seats to their 2017 total, winning all but four of Scotland’s 59 seats.
Analysing the constituency-by-constituency predictions, it is possible to see how Scotland’s political map is dominated by SNP yellow.
It is only Edinburgh South and three seats in the Borders that prevent a complete clean sweep for Nicola Sturgeon’s party.
