Simon Donaldson, 41, visited the Highland Wildlife Park at Kincraig on Saturday and shot a series of great photos of the cub and mum playing outside. Simon was visiting during an Easter break with family and lucked out as the as-yet-unnamed cub was full of mischief during a feeding session. He said: “It was just sheer chance. We turned up at 1.30pm just as they feed them. “The wee thing came bounding down and it was chasing seagulls. It was so cute to see. “The older it’s getting, the more its boisterousness is coming out. I’d definitely recommend people visit to see it for themselves.” The cub, born to mum Victoria, is the first polar bear to be born in the UK for 25 years. See more at www.highlandwildlifepark.org.uk.
