A former Dundee United and St Johnstone footballer ensured he stayed in the best of shape despite Storm Doris disrupting his morning training.
David McCracken was one of hundreds of commuters stuck on the M80 near Cumbernauld as snow brought traffic to a standstill.
However, McCracken — who appeared for United almost 180 times between 2000 and 2007 and joined St Johnstone later in his career — was not to be put off.
Braving the chilly conditions, the Falkirk star performed stretching and strength exercise on the motorway — much to the amusement of fellow travellers and thousands of fans on social media.
