The first Dundee derby of the season is heading for a sell-out.
Dundee United fans have snapped up all of their 10,000-plus tickets for game, which will take place at Tannadice a week on Friday.
With Dundee’s allocation of approximately 3,200 expected to be bought up as well, that means that the first all-city clash of the Championship campaign will be watched by a capacity crowd of 13,400 – the number set for this fixture.
United supporters will cram into three sides of Tannadice for the big match: the George Fox Stand, Eddie Thompson Stand and the Shed (aka the Carling Stand).
Away fans will be housed along the other side of the pitch in the Jerry Kerr and Jim McLean Fair Play Stands.
