Four Seasons Health Care is seeking workers for roles in care, nursing, home support, maintenance, management and catering.

The group says it is looking to tackle a “staffing crisis” in care homes as the number of vacancies for care workers in the UK reaches a record high.

The firm operates care homes Lunardi Court in Cupar, Benholm in Forfar, Craigieknowes in Perth and Benarty View in Kelty.

There are both full and part-time positions on offer. Fife has 80 jobs available, whereas Perth and Angus have 40 each.

“Benholm Care Home is near where I live, so I knew some of the residents and families before they moved in. It’s great to be able to continue to build those relationships.

“Ensuring my residents are well cared for and happy is such a rewarding part of the job, I take great pride in knowing that I have made their day-to-day life that much better.”

There is no prior experience necessary for many of the roles on offer and training programmes are available to employees.

Four Seasons Health Care is recruiting for 4,000 jobs across the UK as the number of vacancies in the sector have reached record highs.

Care assistants and senior care assistants at Four Seasons have the opportunity to undertake the accredited Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAP) programme.

Featuring hands-on training, the programme develops the leadership skills, technical knowledge and practical experience to advance a career in social care.
