Two men have appeared in an Angus court in connection with an alleged drugs haul worth a six-figure sum.
Michael Mair and Hamish Grant from Moray appeared in private at Forfar Sheriff Court on Monday in relation to police activity on the A90 near Brechin on Friday April 28.
Mair, 35, from Buckie appeared from custody and made no plea to a single charge on petition concerning the supply of controlled drugs.
Grant, 52, from Elgin also appeared from custody and made no plea to an identical charge.
Both were released on bail and a further appearance has yet to be determined.
