A Crieff pensioner made repeated hoax calls to the emergency services before waggling at a female police officer wearing only underwear.
Kenneth Law complained of chest pain, resulting in police and ambulance rushing to his home.
While they were in attendance the 69-year-old, who was dressed only in a pair of boxers, told them he was also suffering testicular pain.
Depute fiscal Robbie Brown told Perth Sheriff Court: “The accused had made previous 999 calls.
“He said he was not feeling well and he had eaten a bad meal. He was asked if he needed an ambulance.
“He was told someone would attend and he said ‘I’ll be dead by then’.”
Law phoned again and police arrived with paramedics at around 5.30pm.
Then the pensioner claimed to have testicular pain and said the area needed to be checked.
The fiscal added: “He was checked by ambulance staff and nothing was found to be untoward.
“Paramedics left and there was an exchange with police. He turned to the officer and said ‘look at this’ before acting in the manner described in the complaint. He was told to desist and did it again.”
Law, of Corlundy Crescent, Crieff, admitted intentionally exposing himself in a sexual manner to a police officer by removing them from his boxers and wiggling them at his home address on June 29.
He further admitted making repeated hoax 999 calls.
Sentence was deferred until December 11 for reports.
