Police appealing for information about a theft by housebreaking at a Dundee property.
A ground floor flat on Cunningham Street was broken into by having the rear window smashed, and a large number of items were stolen.
These included electrical items, jewellery, over 40 designer label t-shirts, a Rolex watch, and quantities of aftershaves, alcohol, and personal items.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “The area to the rear of the building is very secluded, and we would ask anyone who lives in a tenement with an enclosed or secluded rear garden, to take extra caution with their home security, such as fitting window locks where possible.”
The break-in happened some time between 4am and 1pm on Friday, March 9.
The incident is not thought to have been linked to a break-in the following day at a property in Emmockwoods.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or speak with any Police officer.
Also, information can be given anonymously through Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111. The reference is CR/5582/18.
