A Dundee MP has returned to the SNP frontbench at Westminster.
Stewart Hosie stepped down as the party’s deputy leader in 2016 following newspaper reports about his private life.
Mr Hosie, who represents the east of the city, was also the Nationalists’ deputy leader in the Commons and economy spokesman until last year.
He is back in the fold as the party’s spokesman for international trade, which is a crucial role amid the increasingly-fraught Brexit talks.
Dundee East MSP Shona Robison, who Mr Hosie is separated from after wedding in 1997, resigned as Health Secretary as part of Nicola Sturgeon’s cabinet reshuffle last week.
Announcing several changes to his Commons team, Ian Blackford said: “SNP MPs will continue to stand up for Scotland in Westminster.”
