Motorists have been warned to be cautious on one of the busiest bridges in Tayside as high winds batter the crossing.
Storm Gareth is due to move into the UK overnight into Wednesday with gusts of more than 80mph expected in some regions.
Tayside and Fife is not expected to be as badly hit as the rest of the country, but winds of up to 55mph could batter the local area overnight.

And Traffic Scotland has issued a warning to drivers taking to the Friarton Bridge on Tuesday.
The organisation posted: “Road users are advised to use caution crossing the M90 Friarton Bridge due to high winds currently affecting driving conditions.”
Bear Scotland also warned road users to “take extra care” on the crossing.

Both the Tay and Forth Road bridges have been closed to double decker buses due to the weather.

Met Office weather warnings are in place across the UK as Storm Gareth, which is expected to bring travel disruption and power cuts, approaches.
It comes after three flood warnings were issued by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (Sepa) following an overnight downpour.
