Police have launched an appeal for dashcam footage following a weekend crash which left a teenage motorcyclist badly hurt.
The incident happened on the A92 near Arbroath around 7.35pm on Saturday.
No other vehicles are understood to have been involved.
Police Scotland said the 17-year-old rider was taken to Ninewells Hospital with a leg injury following the incident on the eastbound dual carriageway near the Balcathie junction.
A spokeperson said: “Anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone with dash-cam footage which may be able to assist enquiries are urged to contact police via 101, quoting incident 3574 of October 17.”
