Fire crews were called to Stracathro Hospital near Brechin on Monday morning following a blaze.
Fire appliances were in attendance at the hospital and it is understood the building has been evacuated.
There has been a fire in one of the buildings at Stracathro Hospital. The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service is on site and all patients and staff have been safely evacuated from the affected area. We will update when more information becomes available.
