Police say two teenagers have been charged after a suspected attempted murder in Fife. A 22-year-old man was assaulted outside the Premier Stores on Francis Street and then in Knockhill Close in Lochgelly on Saturday night. The males, aged 19 and 16, are expected to appear before Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Tuesday. Paramedics were called to the scene and the injured man was rushed to Kirkcaldy’s Victoria Hospital for medical treatment. Doctors there said the man is in a stable condition.
