Alloa are the team to beat, says East Fife boss Gary Naysmith

East Fife head to in-form Alloa today and Gary Naysmith believes the Wasps will be the team to beat in League One this season.
He said: “We have gone about our business quietly and made a solid enough start however Alloa’s start has been spectacular.
“They have put together seven wins from seven games and deserve all the plaudits they have been getting.
“This will be a tough game but it is a good one for us as it will tell me what progression we have made as last season they were in the Championship and we were in League Two.
“I reckon that any team finishing above Alloa will be close to winning the league.”
The Fifers head to the Indodrill Stadium in good heart after qualifying for the next round of the Irn-Bru Cup thanks to a 3-2 extra time success at Arbroath in midweek.
Naysmith is hoping his men have enough left in the tank, saying: “We do not have a big pool to freshen things up but thankfully we have a free week coming up and I can ask the boys for one more push.”
