Date set for St Johnstone’s Betfred quarter-final at Aberdeen

St Johnstone’s Betfred Cup quarter-final against Aberdeen at Pittodrie has been scheduled for Thursday, September 22, with a 7.45pm kick-off.

The game will be shown live on BT Sport with Saints’ Premiership clash at Hamilton Accies being moved from the Saturday to Sunday, September 25.

Meanwhile, St Johnstone midfielder Craig Thomson has joined Stranraer on loan until January.
