South Esk Inn, on Wharf Street overlooking Montrose Harbour, is put up for sale as the current owners plan to retire.
The pub, known as The Soothie, is a traditional public house arranged over the ground floor within a traditional stone-built category C listed property.

The property is being marketed by Shepherd Chartered Surveyors.

“They have an experienced team running the bar.
