A 33-year-old Brechin man has been reported to police following an indecent exposure incident on a train between Dundee and Aberdeen.
A report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal after the man allegedly exposed himself on the 1.39pm ScotRail service travelling through the north-east on Friday, March 2.
The incident is said to have taken place during a stag-do.
A spokesman for the British Transport Police said: “Officers from British Transport Police recently appealed for information following an indecent incident on board a train to Aberdeen.
“The incident happened on board the 1.39pm ScotRail service between Dundee and Aberdeen on Friday, March 2.
“Following this appeal, a 33-year-old man from Angus contacted police and a report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal. The media and public are thanked for their help in sharing this appeal.”
