The annual Angus Open Studios event came to an end with a fanfare on Monday.
Participants have opened their homes and studios to visitors since Thursday, May 26 for the Bank Holiday weekend.
Victoria Wylie-Hale, a textile art graduate of Duncan of Jordanstone College in Dundee, welcomed people to her Twoways studio in Arbroath Road, Forfar.
Victoria runs the local business Explore Play Create, which puts children at the centre of art.
The attendees on Monday blew out candle on a cake celebrating the workshop’s first anniversary.
AOS has been growing since its inception in 2011.
The open studios attract many visitors who are keen to meet and buy from an array of local artists.
Those involved range from established artists to recent graduates such as Kate Cunningham and well-known ceramicist Fran Marquis in Arbroath.
Visitors were invited to take part in workshops and demonstrations.
Chairwoman Rosalie Benoy said: “This is a great way to support the thriving and vibrant local creative community — to buy local and come home with something beautiful and unique.”
